THE RULES:

• BUDGET: $10,000 Plus The Donor Bike
• All Makes, Models, Styles Are Welcome
• You Will Be Required To Turn In A Build Sheet 1 Week Prior (Listing What Parts You Used, Made, Etc)
• You Will Be Required To Turn In Receipts 1 Week Prior
• Bartered Parts & Services Go Towards Your Budget
• You May Get Help From Other Garage Build Off Participants
• Bikes Wil Be On Display After The Mandatory Shakedown Ride For The Duration Of The Event.
• If The Bike Does Not Complete The Shakedown Ride, It Will Not Be Judged, Only Displayed.
• Minimum Of One (1) Social Media Post Per Week, Tagging Smokeout Rally And Other Garage Builders
• Builders Will Present To Peers And Judges Thursday Night To Give An Overview Of Their Build
• Builders Must Be Present For Introductions On The Main Stage Friday Night
• Judging Sheets Must Be Turned In By Noon On Saturday
• Sponsorships: You May Get Your Own Sponsorships But It Will Count Towards Your Budget Unless You Can Get The Same Deal For All Of The Builders.

THE VOTING: The system we will use to determine the winner will be the same as the one we used for our “In Motion Show” for those familiar with it. It is a 20 / 40 / 40 system that will give 20 percent of the vote to attendants of the SmokeOut, 40 percent to the invited builders from the Legends Invitational, and finally, 40% to members of the trades. These will be painters, Welders, Fabricators, and Machinists.

THE PERKS: We are going for a contingency-type program that will provide our  finalists with parts credits from various companies to assist them in their projects.
